Consultations on the City’s climate goals

Vienna Climate Council

How can the available expertise on climate protection and climate change adaptation best be used to motivate stakeholders to take joint action? Vienna's politicians and administration consult with experts from science, business, civil society and interest groups on the Vienna Climate Council (adopted by the City Council in 2019) and reflect on the climate policy plans and measures of the city and its companies.

In cooperation with the City of Vienna, we coordinate and supervise the Vienna Climate Council on content and organisation. Our tasks include the conception, set-up and management of all advisory bodies and the preparation of publications.
