Currently, the development of the Urban Lakeside Aspern area is about halfway complete. Against this background, UIV carried out a comprehensive strategy evaluation in 2022 on behalf of the development company Wien 3420 aspern Development AG in order to analyse the qualities of Urban Lakeside achieved to date and to prepare the next development stages. In 2023, UIV supports the development of a monitoring system including key performance indicators.
