The "Competence Center against Cyber Violence against Women" bundles highly specialized technical know-how and expertise from the field of victim protection. The 24-hour Women's Emergency Hotline of the City of Vienna advises women and girls aged 14 and older who have been victims of physical, sexualized and/or psychological violence. Increasingly, victims of cyber violence (cyber bullying, cyber stalking or "hate on the net") are also seeking help.
